LocationThis position can be based out of our Lenexa, KS or Lone Tree, CO office.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
- Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
- Negotiate offers strategically, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates.
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including social media, niche job boards, and industry events, to attract diverse talent.
- Analyze and report recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends, incorporating innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies into hiring practices.
- Champion employer branding initiatives, ensuring the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
Qualifications- Experience: 3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering or Construction.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its unique staffing challenges.
- Skills: Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
- Tools: Comfortable with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms.
- Drive: Organized, adaptable, and ready to deliver results in a collaborative team environment. #LI-SM1

Base Compensation: 85,000 - 100,000
