DescriptionThis is a high-impact leadership role at a key point in the plant's growth. Company is commissioning a new state-of- the-art 10,000-ton extrusion press while preparing its existing press for a major controls overhaul. The new Maintenance Manager will help build a more disciplined, proactive and data-driven maintenance program across the operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY- Base salary: approximately $120K-$130K, depending on experience
- Bonus: approximately 10% target with upside to 15%
- Relocation assistance available
- Primarily Monday-Friday schedule; leadership responsibility for a 24/7 maintenance operation
- Lead an approximately 12-14-person maintenance organization
- Report to the Plant Manager with potential progression into broader operations or plant leadership
WHAT THE COMPANY NEEDS- A strong technical leader who can bring structure, discipline and accountability to preventive and predictive maintenance
- Hands-on technical foundation in controls, electronics, mechanical systems, troubleshooting and equipment reliability
- Ability to lead maintenance professionals rather than personally perform day-to-day repairs
- Experience using data, OEE / equipment-effectiveness measures and root-cause analysis to improve reliability and uptime
- Leadership presence to develop the team, improve PM execution and drive a proactive maintenance culture

- For transitioning military candidates, an engineering degree is not required
- Experience leading critical-equipment maintenance, disciplined PM programs, technical teams and high-consequence operations translates directly
