Full Job Description
Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end overall I&T strategy for complex system-of-systems.
- Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams, prioritize competing requirements, and drive program execution to meet customer objectives.
- Demonstrated hands-on systems-engineering experience covering architecture, requirements allocation, design, integration, test, and the full product lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build effective working relationships across functional boundaries.
- Familiarity with export-control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
- Experience leading teams that generate technical deliverables (requirements documents, ICDs, test plans, validation reports).
- Demonstrated experience crafting a project's overall I&T roadmap based on program milestones and stakeholder needs.
- Experience defining relevant test strategies and approaches to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrated I&T Experience crossing the hardware/software boundary and managing overall test strategy for both domains.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience (Advanced - Degree(s) may be substituted for some years of experience).
- Strong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems.
Desired Skills
- Full-spectrum leadership experience, including strategic direction for multinational engineering teams.
- Direct experience with Command-and-Control (C2), Air Battle Management, or related system-infrastructure programs.
- Experience in developing formal test plans, procedures, and reports
- Previous experience as a first-line manager for a distributed team
- Use case and test development experience
- Working knowledge of DOORS and Verification Cross - Reference Matrices
- Experience with Integration and Test of full stack requirements
- Prior engineering-leadership role delivering complex development programs, using metrics, processes, and tools to drive results.
- Proven track record coaching, mentoring, and developing critical skills of junior and senior engineers.
- Experience refining existing engineering processes or creating new ones to support a transitioning team (e.g., the UAE TRP1 engineering team).
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience with tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or IBM Rational.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
