PeopleTecis looking for an amazingly skilled and motivatedSenior Systems (Integration) Engineerto join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
- Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
- Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of experience
- Active Secret clearance
- MDA (or DoW) Experience
- Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Desired Skills:
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
