System Engineer (Test)We have an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer (Test Engineer) to work in our Huntsville, AL office. This role will serve as a central coordination point across software, systems, integration, test, and external mission stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and traceability of requirements, test objectives, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute system-level test plans, procedures, and test cases.
- Verify system performance against technical requirements and specifications.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory, integration, and field test events.
- Analyze test data and document results, findings, and recommendations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document system deficiencies and support corrective actions.
- Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings.
- Support customer demonstrations, system acceptance testing, and operational evaluations as required.
- Ensure testing activities comply with applicable engineering processes, standards, and quality requirements.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience supporting systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, or test engineering activities.
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle.
- Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures.
- Ability to analyze technical data and prepare clear, concise reports.
- Must be US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Familiarity with systems engineering standards and test methodologies.
- Active DoD Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
