Systems Engineer The Opportunity: Join us on a fast paced, high-energy journey as we decompose legacy systems into a single platform in support of some of our nation's most important missions. In this role, you'll apply your skills to both the legacy systems and the new platform. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-quality applications and participating in the full software development lifecycle as part of a SAFe Agile team. You Have: • 8+ years of experience in engineering roles • Experience with IT system engineering • Experience in full lifecycle software sustainment and support • Knowledge of system integration • TS/SCI clearance • HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: • Experience with scripting for configuration automation, including Python, Bash, or Perl • Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes • SAFe Agile Software Engineer (ASE) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
