The AMMM/F-16 Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) organization is seeking a
Level 4 - Systems Engineer to support the R&M Analysis & Integration team. Based primarily in
Marietta, Georgia, this role provides technical guidance and integration across R&M disciplines, engineering teams, program organizations, and functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities may span Earned Value (EV) and Control Account Management (CAM); R&M proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development; FRACAS data management and analysis; aircraft readiness analytics; Logistics Support Analysis (LSA); and task coordination using ServiceFLO. The engineer will use Tableau, SAS, Excel, ServiceFLO, and engineering/logistics databases to develop metrics and insights, coordinate priorities and deliverables, improve processes and data quality, support workforce planning, and advance analytical methods.
The successful candidate will independently manage complex and ambiguous efforts with minimal direction, develop innovative solutions and approaches, proactively resolve obstacles, and guide significant efforts through completion. The candidate will integrate cross-functional activities, influence stakeholders, engage senior personnel, communicate recommendations to leadership, and mentor less-experienced team members.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), systems engineering, engineering analysis, logistics/supportability analysis, project management, or related industry activities
- Experience independently managing or guiding relevent complex projects, analyses, or deliverables across engineering, program, or functional organizations
- Experience developing solutions to complex technical or organizational problems, including developing or improving engineering processes, workflows, analytical methods, or technical approaches
- Experience with technical planning, cost management, schedule management, estimating, or program execution
Desired Skills- Experience with Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) engineering, aircraft readiness, reliability, maintainability, or sustainment analysis in aerospace, defense, military aircraft, or other complex engineering programs
- Experience guiding or integrating FRACAS and/or Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities, including data management, analysis, reporting, LCN development, or applicable R&M and supportability standards such as GEIA-STD-0007 and S1000D
- Experience managing and analyzing complex engineering, reliability, logistics, or readiness datasets and developing dashboards, metrics, reports, or visualizations using Tableau, SAS, Excel, or similar data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience performing Control Account Management (CAM), applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, and/or developing or coordinating proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE) activities
- Experience developing or implementing process automation, data-quality improvements, workforce/workload forecasting, resource-planning approaches, or modernization of engineering analysis and reporting methods
- Experience providing technical leadership and coordinating significant cross-functional engineering activities using workflow, task-management, or similar tools such as ServiceFLO
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
