Sentar is seeking a Systems Engineer in San Diego, CA supporting Airborne Networking and Advanced Development Technical Support. **This position is pre award and is contingent on contract award.** **Qualifications:** **Clearance Level: **Top Secret/SCI **Education: **Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience is defined as additional directly relevant technical experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the role. **Experience: ** - Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering supporting DOW or complex airborne platform-based systems - Experience supporting airborne, communications, or mission-critical systems - Experience in system design, integration, testing, or fielding - Experience with requirements development, verification, and validation - Experience supporting installation, certification, or operational test activities - Experience working within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or cross-functional engineering environment Desired: - Extensive experience (e.g., 10 years) supporting complex DOW technical programs - Experience supporting airborne or SATCOM-based communication systems - Experience with secure communications systems or classified environments - Experience supporting test events such as SOVTs or similar operational verification efforts - Experience supporting readiness certifications or technical review boards - Experience in technical leadership or project management roles - Experience coordinating across multi-service or joint stakeholders **Benefits at Sentar: ** Our unique ownership model attracts top talent, giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful improvements.
