Job DescriptionThe selected
Systems Engineer will support the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the A&D MBSE team. This role is responsible for developing Systems Engineering products to support the design and development of GWS on behalf of a defense agency.
The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative teams of all experience levels.
Note: This is not offered as a teleworking or hybrid position.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 9 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with utilizing DOORS
- Recent experience with Requirements Authoring
- Familiarity with CAMEO
- Active U.S. Government DoD-issued Final Secret security clearance
- Recent experience with the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program
Desired Skills:- Experience with GMD System
- Experience with CAMEO
- Knowledge of Test/Verification
- Test experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
Security Clearance:This position requires a government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
