Systems Engineer - Atmospheric Systems

Job Description

Brooks is looking for a Systems Engineer (Atmospheric Systems) as we accelerate our growth journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and/or prepare studies and analyzes existing systems.
  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
  • Validate and Test system level tool performance based on sub-system module performance and integration.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience OR a Master's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated hands on systems engineering experience (design, troubleshooting, test, analysis, etc.).
  • Design of Experiments and Lab Skills.
  • Knowledge of Reliability and/or Statistical Analysis.
  • Knowledge of V-model representation of a system development life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of Lab Equipment (o-scope, spectrum analyzer, data logger, etc.).
  • Experience developing and delivering Semiconductor Capital Equipment to Tier 1 OEMs is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Creo CAD system and Agile is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of scripting language such as Python is a plus.


Compensation
Base Salary Range: $110,621.72 USD to $149,664.68 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
