SummaryFire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a System Engineer to stand up and run the cloud hosting environment for a maintenance management platform, including configuration, deployment automation, monitoring, backup and recovery, mobile device (tablet) management and platform integration support. This is an immediate opening.
Essential Functions- Configure the approved hosting environment, network boundary and connection path, and maintain hardening baselines.
- Automate deployments and environment builds; maintain software, dependency and vulnerability inventories.
- Run monitoring, alerting, patch testing and incident response with the Cybersecurity / RMF Lead.
- Implement and test backup and restoration, demonstrating successful restores.
- Manage technician tablets through Microsoft Intune (enrollment, remote lock and wipe, role-based downloads and spare pool).
- Support sensor gateway and building automation network segmentation with the Low-Voltage / IoT Technician.
- Enforce least-privilege administrative access and review privileged accounts regularly.
- Follow change management processes for infrastructure changes, including approval, testing and rollback plans.
- Support ITIL-aligned incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis and runbook updates.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. This position participates in an on-call rotation for platform outages, shared with vendor support.
TravelPeriodic travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, for system installation and support.
Experience- 6+ years of systems or cloud engineering experience.
- 2+ years operating workloads in Azure Government or another DoD IL4/IL5 environment.
- Operated a production environment subject to RMF/ATO controls.
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bicep or Terraform).
Preferred:- Infrastructure as code.
- Intune/MDM for rugged tablets.
- Backup and disaster recovery testing.
- Monitoring and log management.
- Experience applying DISA STIGs or CIS benchmarks.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications- CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140 IAT Level II) required for privileged access.
- Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
