Full Job Description
The Radiology Systems Analyst for Main Radiology is responsible for providing training and support to all staff utilizing systems that are essential to the operations of the department. The Analyst implements, modifies, tests and administers modules and systems related to RIS/PACS/Dictation Systems/Modality Interfaces. Serves as liaison between vendors, IT personnel, external customers, other application analysts, management and end users to timeliness of patient data, results and image availability. Performs all analytical tasks and audits as assigned and secure the documentation, testing and final analysis to ensure job and systems efficiency. Performs team and integrated testing for all functionality of clinical systems and their interfaces. In addition, develops, implements, modifies, tests and administers more complex modules and systems related to clinical applications. Acts on modifications when warranted. Responsible and accountable for the on-time completion of daily work, tasks and projects, demonstrating a commitment to meeting established deadlines and priorities. Provides on-call support as scheduled.

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology/healthcare related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years in Radiology or other relevant clinical environment - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution
  • Ability to work in a complex multi-communication-channel environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams
  • Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast -paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
