We are seeking an innovative Systems Analyst who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and remediating problems; managing and implementing technical and non-technical projects; administering and supporting critical computer systems such as ERP, time accounting, and permitting applications; developing and maintaining custom reports and forms; importing, exporting, and correcting data; writing and maintaining documentation; and designing and delivering end user training.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analyze automated systems and manual processes; identify opportunities for improvement, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Administer systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, loading and configuring software, and securing data, programs, and equipment.
- Respond to requests for reports and ad-hoc queries from City departments, outside agencies, and the general public. Query and analyze data. Prepare reports and export data as needed.
- Assist system users as necessary, including providing support and training.
- Correct and import data obtained from internal and external sources.
- Select and implement systems that are consistent with City standards and goals.
- Identify and correct system problems.
- Plan and schedule tasks and projects.
- Take personal responsibility to provide exceptional customer service in order to promote and maintain a positive City image, constructive working environment, and foster pride and professionalism in the workplace and community.

Qualifications:Strong Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with coursework in business and information systems, and five (5) years of experience, preferably in a local/municipal government setting, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Salary: $86,747 - $99,994 (dependent on qualifications)
