Your Role

The Pharmacy Care Management Platform team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Transformation. The Systems Analyst-Consultant will report to the Pharmacy Development Senior Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Drive operational excellence for technology products/platform features, including incident management, process automation, AI-enabled improvements, and smooth deployments.
  • Modernize release management to support product/platform delivery, CI/CD practices, and reusable implementation approaches.
  • Provide analytical support, troubleshooting, configuration, scripting, querying, reporting, testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Partner with stakeholders and product/technology teams to understand business needs, align scope and priorities, and manage dependencies and outcomes.
  • Document upstream/downstream dependencies, end-to-end process, integration, and data flows aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, test cases, and demos while actively participating in agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, compliant, quality solutions, support audits and updates, coach analysts, and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies
  • Deep experience leading analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains, including end-to-end process and data flows.
  • Proven ability to align senior stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong governance, quality, documentation, traceability, controls, and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business partners.
  • Healthcare experience required; pharmacy knowledge preferred, along with expert SQL/database skills and experience with Agile, Product Model, DevSecOps, and Agile tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior analysts, scale reusable patterns/templates/metrics, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-moving environment.
