The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing a single point of contact for Information Technology related problems, including administration of on-premise infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms.
General Responsibilities
• Organize all activities related to system administration
• Organize term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization
• Key participant in the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software
• Collaborate with implementing the operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Essential Functions- Support and implement hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network switches, VOIP, mobile devices)
- Troubleshoot enterprise applications, operating systems, and network/internet access
- Manage IT ticketing system and maintain internal knowledge base and documentation
- Support onboarding and deliver user training on systems and tools
- Manage backups, patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation; resolve failures
- Maintain antivirus and endpoint security solutions
- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID, including user lifecycle management
- Manage IAM policies (RBAC, least privilege) and audit user, service, and privileged accounts
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Configure MFA, Conditional Access, and identity protection controls
- Support SSO and identity integrations; monitor and respond to identity-related security events
Education and Experience- 4-6 years of relevant IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, and Exchange (on-prem and online)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 identity services (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, SSO)
- Working knowledge of networking, servers, and virtualization technologies
- Professional certifications preferred
Additional InformationThis is a full-time position. May require occasional off-hours support and minimal travel.

Base Salary Range: $77,600.00 - $106,700.00
