Responsibilities

  • Install and configure UNIX and/or NT systems along with related hardware and software.
  • Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deleting them as needed.
  • Perform system backups and maintain configuration files for optimal reliability.
  • Develop and implement enterprise backup/recovery strategies and server consolidations.
  • Support enterprise services including DNS, NFS, email, and security protections.
  • Travel quarterly for up to 10% or one week for project-related duties.

Full Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our rapidly growing team!

** Also accepting at the following locations: Tukwila, WA , El Segundo, CA , or Hunting Beach, CA.
  • Experience shall include installation, configuration, and networking of UNIX and/or NT based platforms. This experience shall include: creating, modifying and deleting user accounts, performing system back-ups, and maintaining system configuration files.
  • Individual shall have a fundamental understanding of operating systems ad be familiar with either UNIX or NT commands or utilities at the user level. Experience shall include the installation and configuration of hardware, operating systems, and commercial software packages.
  • Individual shall be able to develop and implement enterprise backup/recovery strategies, server configuration and consolidation, and verification of the health and status of the entire IT infrastructure.
  • Individual shall be able to provide support for enterprise services such as DNS, NFS, e-mail services, security protection mechanisms, and the interoperability of UNIX and NT based systems.
  • Qualifications

  • TRAVEL: 10% or 1 week durations quarterly

The projected compensation range for this position is $150K - $200K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
