Salary Statement
Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $100,050.00/Yr. - USD $166,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description

Supporting General Service (GenSer / Secret / Collateral) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) networks
Managing, securing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure supporting government Research and Development (R&D) initiatives
Supportingspecialized, non-standard engineering software, rapid prototyping, and highly restricted air-gapped or closed-loop networks

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

Minimum of fiveyears of systems administration experience, with at least twoyears supporting classified DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) networks (GenSer or SCI)
Associates degree in computer science, cyber security, information technology, or related discipline, equivalent experience/certifications is acceptable
DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security)
Must hold, or obtain within 6 months of hire, an OS-specific credential (e.g., Red Hat Certified System Administrator [RHCSA], Microsoft Certified Windows Server Administrator, or equivalent)

Desired Skills

Active IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or CISA)
Robust scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible to automate deployments, STIG remediation, and routine health
Experience running containerized workloads (Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes) in R&Dsandbox environments
Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and NIST SP 800-53
Experience managing high-performance computing (HPC) clusters or GPU workstation

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
