Summary Scope: At the mid-level, Systems Administrators lead the administering and optimizing of these platforms, executing lifecycle activities, fulfilling complex service requests, resolving higher-impact incidents, enforcing access controls, maintaining authoritative documentation, and driving operational consistency and continuous improvement.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations
- Experience independently administering platforms across network, storage & compute, cloud, and database environments, preferred
- Cisco Certified Specialist (CCS); CompTIA Security+; Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate; Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate; Azure Database Administrator Associate (or equivalent); ITIL Foundation, preferred
