Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in systems administration with a focus on Amazon Linux and Windows OS.
• Proficient in managing Apache, Tomcat, and Express web servers.
• Knowledgeable in PKI certificate installation and maintenance.
• Experience with COTS IT product installation and management.
• Strong understanding of OpenSSL and TLS encryption protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance (O&M) services for systems troubleshooting, backups, and software upgrades.
• Manage hardware and virtual server setups, including installation and troubleshooting for clients and partners.
• Implement system hardening for Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Develop and enforce security procedures, including firewalls and PKI certificates.
• Maintain software patch compliance and oversee version updates for client applications.
• Control system access and security following client-specific requirements.
• Assist with a range of system administration tasks and provide user support.
• Ensure compatibility of all operating systems and software versions for supported applications.
