THE WORK
Position Assignment: Autonomic Logistics Information Systems (ALIS) Administrator for F-35 supporting Lask, Poland. This is a one-year assignment.

This position will offer a long-term deployment to a foreign country. The successful candidate will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operations benefiting the F-35 location.

The ALIS Administrator is responsible for the operation, technical analysis, modifications, and sustainment of ALIS in accordance with specific customer specifications and directives.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, setup and monitor the ALIS training system.
Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure training system meets system requirements.
Investigate problem reports, identify problem sources, and implement provided solutions. Maintain host security, including firewalls, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery, file system integrity, and add / delete users.
Perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards. Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team at Eglin AFB to fulfill F-35 training objectives.
Implement, and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directed.
Training other ALIS Administrators and users on the ALIS system, training operations, or program requirements.
Perform additional duties and related responsibilities as assigned.

Work Requirements:
Availability to travel to other sites to provide operations support.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that aligns with the customer's operational needs.
The selected applicant may be required to work at deployed locations, work rotating shifts, and work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Basic Qualifications
• Candidate must have an active Secret clearance or higher with final clearance adjudication within the last six years and be able to qualify and hold a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
• 3-5 Years IT experience of any combination in system/database/network/mission planning- administration.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be capable of working multiple shifts, including some weekends, to execute critical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.

Desired skills
• Experience working with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers is preferred.
• Ability to brief and teach technical information to both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to lead and mentor other team members.
• Previous experience working with the Finnish Air Force as a customer is desirable.
• Experience Troubleshooting Applications.
• Account Maintenance with Active Directory/Oracle/CRM.
• Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, databases and network equipment.
• Virtual Machine Management Service (Hyper-V / VMware).
• Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components.
• Applying updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates.
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administrator.
• Importing/Exporting large data volumes.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems ( Server 2019, Office, Win 10, etc.)

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
