Department: BH Service Line Admin

Shift: Day

Working Hours: 8a-5p

Summary:

The System Service Line Leader for Surgical and Procedural Services provides system-wide strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for all surgical and procedural departments, including operating rooms, Cath Lab, IVR, and specialty procedural clinics. This executive role is responsible for aligning operational performance with core strategic priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination between perioperative services, anesthesia, and supply chain to optimize clinical outcomes and financial efficiency.

Other information:

Required: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business (MBA), Nursing (MSN), or related field.

Preferred: Board Certified Licensed Physician or Registered Nurse clinical experience of greater than 5 years.

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive healthcare management or service line leadership experience in perioperative or surgical environments.

Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and complex performance improvement projects.

Proven track record of working effectively with physicians and operating in a highly metrics-oriented organization.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
