The ideal candidate will combine systems engineering expertise with strong Agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, testing, documentation, and user-support capabilities. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Government leadership and the development team, helping establish priorities, communicate risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements.

  • Conduct system demonstrations, user training sessions, and user-experience activities.
  • Maintain program documentation, Confluence spaces, system roadmaps, and supporting collaboration platforms.
  • Develop test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing and functional testing for new features, fixes, upgrades, and releases.

  • Maintain accurate system and activity records, including configuration changes, deployments, enhancements, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure documentation supports system traceability, compliance requirements, and configuration management processes.
  • Manage helpdesk activities and user-support operations.
  • Work with technical and Government teams to develop schedule inputs and communicate dependencies, impediments, risks, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.
  • Independently manage large assignments and projects with limited supervision.

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes infrastructure and containerized application environments.
  • Experience supporting systems hosted in virtual or cloud environments, including AWS.
  • Experience with software and system testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience supporting helpdesk operations, user training, and system demonstrations.
  • Experience maintaining product roadmaps, release documentation, and system configuration records.
Work Environment

This position supports a collaborative, mission-focused environment involving technical development teams, Government leadership, program management, and enterprise users. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a high-visibility setting and managing both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
