Job Title: System Analyst

Reports To: Hatalom Corporation Site Lead

Position Summary: Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced System Analyst who will be working closely with the Prime contractors Operations Officer or Site Lead, providing analysis and content for After Action Review (AAR) support throughout military exercises. This role involves working with training simulations, contributing to the development of the AAR, and ensuring the exercise is running smoothly, with an emphasis on collecting and analyzing key data points.

Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the preparation of the ROSTER/Order of Battle and creating reports from exercise data.
• Leading the development of AARs and the Take Home Package.
• Operating a desktop WinEXCON system to support the exercise and conduct Area Weapon Effect Simulation (AWES).
• Adjusting the training scenario as needed and making recommendations based on training objectives.
• Monitoring live video feeds and editing them for AAR purposes.
• Preparing reports, statistics, and material to assist in the AAR execution.

Qualifications: The candidate is expected to have a BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant discipline, with 3+ to 6+ years of experience depending on the level of education. Preference is given to those with experience as former USMC Officers or SNCOs, and experience in live training or simulations is desired. Other essential skills include analytical abilities, an understanding of USMC tactics, and the ability to work with multiple branches of military expertise like Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, and Aviation.

Physical requirements include: the ability to lift 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.
