Position OverviewWe are seeking a qualified
System Analyst 2 to support systems engineering, infrastructure, automation, and troubleshooting activities. This position requires strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking technologies.
This is a full-time onsite position in Detroit, MI. Remote work is not available. Candidates must be local to the Detroit area at the time of submission. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.Required Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Certification- Microsoft Power Platform certification or certification in a related automation technology.
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and automation.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD Connect and Office 365.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience supporting infrastructure environments, including:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory (AD)
- Virtualization
- Shell scripting
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and network infrastructure.
- Operational experience with industry-standard security protocols and procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and supporting system automation solutions.
- Ability to analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure in an onsite environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Support Microsoft Azure, Azure AD Connect, and Office 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, networking, and application-related issues.
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Develop and maintain scripts for system administration and automation.
- Monitor system performance and assist with identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Apply security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure infrastructure environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve system issues.
- Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to infrastructure and automation improvements.
