Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
System Administrator to join our team! This immediate opening is positioned in some of the most sought-after work in this development and engineering community. In this role you will serve as the one-stop-shop for IT needs of a multidisciplinary engineering team building custom hardware and software products.
What You'll Be Doing:- Support and maintain Linux and Windows builds on custom hardware
- Create, support, and manage virtual machines
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- U.S. Citizenship is required
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
