Position Overview:Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice to support a GlobalView payroll implementation project in Sweden. The consultant will serve as a Payroll / GlobalView Business Analyst, providing functional and analytical support throughout the implementation leading up to a January 2027 go-live.
Responsibilities: - Provide functional expertise for the Sweden payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation.
- Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation of payroll processes and configuration.
- Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with Sweden-specific payroll and statutory requirements.
- Support data migration, parallel testing, and issue resolution during project phases.
- Liaise between business and technical teams to communicate payroll requirements and ensure accurate system setup.
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualification(s): - Proven experience supporting ADP GlobalView implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Sweden payroll processes, legislation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll testing, data validation, and process documentation.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills highly desirable.
Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in multinational or regional payroll transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM or similar HRIS environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Duration:This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start date of January 2026 and an initial duration through January 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Level of Effort:Full-time during key project phases, including testing and go-live.
Working Hours:Primarily EMEA business hours. Remote work possible with alignment to European time zones.
