Senior Service Integration Engineer who shares our drive to push boundaries and build secure, data-driven applications that make a real difference.
In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems driven by high-throughput analytics and massive datasets. You will deliver robust, containerized architectures across multi-cloud environments, analyzing trade-offs and integrating critical data transformation features to protect our nation's networks.

Compensation & BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this role is
$189,000 - $224,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Required Skills- Clearance: Active Fully-Cleared with Poly (PRIVAC/NSYS required).
- Enterprise Middleware: Strong operational understanding of enterprise data flow routing systems, specifically Apache NiFi.
- Cloud Architecture: Solid architectural knowledge of Cloud Service Provider (CSP) ecosystems, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Data Transformation: Strong core engineering background managing high-throughput data flow processing, parsing, and complex data transformation logic.
- Development & Scripting: Professional working knowledge using Python, Java, Groovy, and Bash scripting.
- Configuration Management: Practical experience automating infrastructure using configuration management platforms such as Ansible, Puppet, or Bicep.
- Containerization: Proven proficiency handling Kubernetes containerization, orchestration, deployment management, and horizontal scaling.
- Systems Integration: Expert capability in end-to-end service integration and mapping data paths securely across disparate platforms.
Education & Experience- Experience: Minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Substitution: Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree (totaling 18 years of experience).
Desired Skills- Familiarity deploying and administering scalable databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience building automated DevOps pipelines and cloud optimization strategies.
- Exposure to modern web architecture components and frontend tiers (Angular / Vue).
- Experience documenting architectural artifacts and updating state requirements via Jira and Confluence within an active Agile environment.
