The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking executive to join our leadership team as Senior Vice President, Growth & Strategic Partnerships. This is a high-impact role at the center of our enterprise growth strategy - responsible for expanding strategic partnerships, accelerating business development, and optimizing performance across our key large format accounts. If you are a commercially sharp, relationship-driven leader who thrives on building something bigger, this is your seat at the table.

What You'll Do
  1. Assist the Chief Revenue Officer in developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy aligned with L2 Brands' long-term collegiate & strategic account objectives.
  2. Identify and scale new revenue streams across licensing, partnerships, brand collaborations, and new accounts.
  3. Evolve our L2 Strategic Account Team (LSAT) effort to drive deeper customer engagement and long-term value creation.
  4. Drive go-to-market alignment across sales, marketing, merchandising, and product development.
  5. Establish and monitor KPIs for pipeline health, account growth, and revenue performance.
  6. Negotiate and structure complex, high-value partnerships, and agreements.
  7. Leverage market data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  8. Represent L2 Brands with key customers, partners, and at major industry events.

  2. Travel: Approximately 40%, including customer visits, industry events, and partnership meetings

  4. Direct Reports: Director of Strategic Accounts, and additional leadership roles as the function scales

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  1. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership within apparel, headwear, or licensed consumer goods.
  2. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building enterprise-level partnerships.
  3. Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, eCommerce, and licensing models.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
  5. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
  6. Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
