Sustainment Program Manager - F/A-18 Super Hornet

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional with a strategic mindset to act as the Sustainment Program Manager to join our F/A-18 Integrated Readiness team in Hazelwood, MO.
Focus will be on leading the F/A-18 Super Hornet and Growler Fleet Support, Depot Teams & all Transactional Work across the Integrated Readiness Team. This includes all aspects of developing and deploying a vision, strategy and execution of the current and future transactional contracts under the F/A-18 IRT Navy / Marines portfolio, interface with our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Teammates and the Depot Teams. This position has Profit & Loss responsibility across the portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
- Uses Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) to develop robust operating and reporting rhythm for the program to ensure a successful outcome
- Development of project plans and deliverables, set ambitious operational goals, direct all project phases and reports out to project stakeholders
- Coordinates Program/Contractual Requirements with the US Navy, DLA, Supplier Management and the Engineering & Technical disciplines
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, customers and Direct Reports
- Establish, monitor and integrate all project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management processes and decisions
- Effectively communicates and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and upper management
- Coordinate with Program Quality and DCMA as necessary to assure smooth transition from product build to product delivery
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years9 experience with Program Management
- 5+ years9 experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
- 5+ years9 experience developing and executing a management system that drives execution and improvement to the business plan
- 5+ years9 experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor9s degree or higher
- F/A-18 Support experience
- Program development experience
- NAVSUP / Defense Logistics Agency Customer experience

Summary Pay Range: $204,000 - $276,000
