The Multi Mission Air Defense Sustainment Program Manager supports radars that deliver cutting edge, reliable, and resilient radar solutions that give U.S. Army forces decisive situational awareness, rapid target detection, and superior fire control capabilities across all operational environments. The Program Manager will own end to end responsibility for the AN/TPQ-53 and AN/MPQ-64A4 radar sustainment portfolio within the Multi Mission Air Defense submarket within Radar Sensor Systems. This role drives the successful pursuit, capture and execution of sustainment contracts while steering business growth initiatives.
THE WORK
• Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the lifecycle of fielded systems.
• Lead sustainment and post-delivery support activities for multiple products.
• Directing all phases of Sustainment from selloff through disposal
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
• Strategic planning (Long Range Planning) for the product line products including OSEC, and LM investment (MA, B&P, IRAD, and Capital/Expense).
• Leadership, coaching, and guidance of the product line team.
• Oversight of program execution (cost, schedule, and technical performance) for sustainment programs.
• Fostering customer relationships for the current and emerging products.
• Developing new business or expanding the sustainment offering with existing customers.
• Leading contract negotiations, proposal development, and business case formulation.
• Reporting program progress, challenges and accomplishments to Market Segment senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in program management, production management, or supply chain management
• Demonstrated leadership of large programs or portfolios
• Effective communication skills (technical and programmatic)
• Experienced with customer and supplier interactions
• Demonstrated experience with EVMS reporting and PMM tools
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired skills
• International program management execution and capture experience
• Experience with Radar system production and Sustainment programs
• Knowledge of Military Logistics and Maintenance Principles.
• Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process.
• Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively present to program leadership, business leadership and prospective customers
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
