Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product design or engineering support.
• Associate's degree in engineering or a related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Proficient in SolidWorks CAD and engineering data management systems (preferably SolidWorks ePDM).
• Knowledgeable about materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly design principles.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience working within small team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support released medical products and assist with product change requests.
• Communicate changes and updates to customers effectively.
• Address product inquiries and issue resolutions for customers and factories.
• Create/update 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for documentation purposes.
• Execute minor design modifications and create product extensions.
• Provide ongoing technical support throughout the product life cycle.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives for assigned product lines.
