Preventative Maintenance & Lifecycle Support

  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs, maintenance strategies, tooling requirements, and service deliverables supporting long-term service agreements.
  • Support lifecycle planning activities including product updates, obsolescence management, upgrade strategies, and legacy product sustainment.

Sustaining Engineering & Reliability Improvement

  • Identify recurring fleet issues, support root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions that improve reliability, maintainability, and serviceability.
  • Translate field lessons learned into durable improvements across products, procedures, documentation, and support processes.

Design for Serviceability

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Field Service teams to improve maintainability, diagnostics, field repairability, and long-term supportability of deployed products.
