Full Job Description
In the role of Sustainability and Resilience Project Manager, we'll count on you to:

  • Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contracts, design and production related to climate risk and infrastructure risk management, funding strategy and implementation, transportation decarbonization, climate action plans and greenhouse gas planning
  • Plan and manage all aspects of projects focusing on sustainability and resiliency across business groups
  • Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance project teams throughout the entire project's development
  • Manage workload and financial aspects of projects. Coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule and budget
  • Work with accounting, project coordinators, business group, cross sector and area management for project reviews and with company management
  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the sustainability and resilience industry within at least one sector of the Minnesota or Wisconsin market.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
