Full Job Description
Sustainability Strategy & Implementation
• Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy aligned with corporate values and global sustainability goals (e.g., SDGs, Net Zero targets).
• Measure and report the organization's environmental impact (energy, waste, water, carbon emissions, etc.).
• Identify and implement projects that improve energy efficiency, waste reduction, circular economy practices, and sustainable sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Operations, HR, Marketing) to integrate sustainability into business operations and culture.

Compliance Management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations (local, national, and international).
• Develop and maintain internal audit schedules relating to ISO9001 & ISO14001.
• Monitor changes in regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, REACH, RoHS, GHG Protocol).
• Coordinate training and awareness programs for employees relating to ESG and related topics.

Reporting & Data Management
• Prepare sustainability and compliance reports for management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate ESG data to support certifications, audits, and disclosures (e.g., CDP, ECOVADIS & Customer Surveys).
• Support the publication of the annual sustainability report and ensure transparency in communications.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Engage with suppliers, partners, and customers to promote responsible practices and sustainable supply chains.
• Represent the company in sustainability networks, conferences, and industry working groups.
• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory agencies

Risk & Continuous Improvement
• Identify potential sustainability and compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking performance against industry best practices.
• Promote a culture of environmental stewardship and ethical compliance throughout the organization.
