What you will doWe are currently looking for a Survey Crew Chief to help us make a real impact in our Tri-Cities office. In this role you will plan, organize, and direct the survey crew to ensure that work is completed within budget and to clients' satisfaction. You will perform a mix of office and field work and will work on a variety of projects including residential subdivisions, educational facilities, and military installations. Types of surveys performed include ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking projects.
What we are looking for - 6+ years of surveying experience. Survey Crew Chief experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of TDS, Trimble software, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, and GPS equipment.
- Ability to organize field notes and execute field staking.
- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
- A valid Washington State driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain clearance to work at local military installations.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS- Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Survey Crew Chief - $31.00 - $48.00 per hour.
