  • Float to other services as needed while covering 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per schedule

Description:
Candidate must possess experience with complex vascular procedures.
Experience in open vascular and endovascular skills is essential.
Candidate should also be fluent in thoracic procedures.
Common cases include cardiac surgery cases such as CABG and valve repair/replacement.
Additional procedures involve ECMO and transplant surgeries.
Thoracic surgery procedures encompass robotic, endoscopic, and open methods, such as lung resection and hiatal hernia repair.
Vascular surgery experience should include diagnostic angiography and surgical endarterectomy.
Candidate must demonstrate capability in dialysis access management and AAA repair.
Must be willing to participate in mandatory on-call shifts.
Call response time should be within 30 minutes.
Self-scheduling is required, adhering to a 40-hour work week.
Candidates should be prepared to float within other services as needed.
This role includes the requirement of 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per schedule.
Mandatory call will be implemented as necessary.
Full vaccination for COVID-19 is a requirement.
