Job Description:Partners with technical and non-technical leaders to understand desired business outcomes. Works with stakeholders to define program-level strategy and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Prepares and delivers comprehensive reporting for program status, key metrics, and financial performance. Implements and continuously improves project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Effectively allocates resources, balancing capacity with evolving project demands and priorities. Provides leadership and escalation support for risk and issue management, guiding teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. Fosters a high-performing, engaged team by shaping team culture, structure, and collaboration. Establishes clear, outcome-oriented metrics to evaluate and strengthen individual and team performance. Develops standards and indicators to assess workload distribution and optimize staffing. Assists in the development and oversight of team operational and capital budgets. Builds and maintains effective vendor relationships to support project and program success.

Education: • Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study: • in areas such as computer science, information systems, or Business Administration with a Project Management focus
Work Experience: • 5+ years in managing complex technical programs or projects in a large enterprise scale environment. [Required]
• 5 years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, including communicating project status, managing expectations, and addressing concerns. [Required]
• 2+ years of experience directly or indirectly managing cross-functional project delivery teams. [Required]
• 1+ year of experience managing direct reports. [Preferred]
• Experience working in a healthcare environment. [Preferred]
