As the Support Services Manager, you'll lead agency-wide efforts in facilities management, procurement and purchasing, risk management, fleet operations, emergency preparedness, and capital projects. Working closely with executive leadership and department managers, you'll ensure our employees have safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities so they can focus on providing exceptional behavioral health services to the communities we serve.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $45.02-$57.02 DOE and Education

What You'll Do as the Support Services Manager- Lead daily operations for facilities, maintenance, purchasing, fleet management, and support services across the agency.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets while monitoring expenditures and purchasing activities.
- Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, inventory management, and capital improvement projects.
- Direct facility maintenance, renovations, construction projects, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Lead agency-wide risk management, workplace safety initiatives, accident investigations, and insurance programs.
- Supervise maintenance and support services staff while providing coaching, performance management, and leadership.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness planning, licensing compliance, and required agency safety training.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, contractors, vendors, and community partners to support efficient agency operations.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience; experience in facilities management, purchasing, procurement, construction, or risk management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, facilities operations, project management, and risk management.
- Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Valid Utah driver's license (or the ability to obtain one) and ability to travel between agency locations as needed.
