Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Support Generalist to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced government environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to government officers and stakeholders.
This role requires an individual who can quickly learn established processes, work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to government officers and staff.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
- Arrange conference rooms, virtual meetings, and video teleconferences (VTCs).
- Assist with official travel coordination by following established travel processes and procedures.
- Learn and execute travel-related processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to requests for assistance while providing outstanding customer service and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address questions, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records and documentation while ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.
- Identify issues, recommend solutions, and adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
Required Skills- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including:

Additional DetailsFusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
- Relevant education, certifications, and training
- Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer
- Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation
- Alignment with the position's responsibilities
- Additional specialized skills
