About the role
The Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing continuity by developing and executing supply plans that align production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand. This position supports business growth through effective supply planning, capacity analysis, inventory optimization, and collaboration across manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Lead the development and execution of supply planning strategies within the Commercial SIOP process.
Perform scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support supply and demand changes, new product introductions, and product lifecycle transitions.
Partner with manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams to develop production plans that support customer demand while optimizing capacity and inventory.
Identify, assess, and mitigate long-range supply chain risks including labor, material, and equipment constraints.
Drive inventory planning activities, monitor DOH and E&O performance, and support continuous improvement through metrics, process standardization, and planning system enhancements.

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, SIOP/S&OP, Master Planning, Materials Management, or related Supply Chain functions.
Experience working in manufacturing environments with responsibility for production planning and capacity management.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply continuity, and capacity planning processes.
Experience with S&OE, S&OP, IBP, or SIOP planning processes, along with advanced Excel and ERP/planning system capabilities.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience working in Make-to-Order (MTO) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments.
MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience implementing planning process improvements or advanced planning technologies.
