The Gist

The Supply Chain Manager owns the near-term execution of planned process orders and call-off Purchase Orders. The SCM works in collaboration with the Planning Hub to create the master production schedule and ensures it translates into a by-day and by-shift production schedule for execution that maintains proper finished good and material inventory. The Supply Planner participates in the Sales & Operations Planning process and is a key contributor to forecast and plan enrichments by working closely with sales and marketing on NPI timelines. The Supply Planner is a liaison between Operations and the Hub managing mid and long-term capacity planning.

What You'll Do
  • Schedules weekly production plans by shift and day in Heicore Single Client; updates and reports any revisions to the schedules.
  • Maintains planned process orders accuracy and validity in HeiCore Single Client; monitors production conformance to schedule and escalates risks to the Hub Planner.
  • Schedules call-off POs to support the material requirements of the production schedules; escalates issues to material planning and category management as needed.
  • Collaborates with marketing and the hub planner to maintain and update master data in HeiCore Single Client
  • Collaborates with the plant to ensure production schedules are optimized for manufacturing efficiency and that planned downtime is supported by production schedules.
  • Participates in TPM and other plant meetings as required and serves as the main point of contact for the execution phase of production planning.
  • Ensures proper communication and facilitates the sharing of supply and demand information to relevant stakeholders in the S&OP process
  • Ensure the analysis of information related to production and storage capacities (capacity plan), as well as objectives and sales history.
  • Manages supply and ordering cadence with Co-Manufacturers
  • Analyze, consolidate, and communicate the relevant information regarding KPI's of stock level (finished product and packaging materials), stock loss (stock losses), service level of suppliers, service level of production and level of global service.
  • Other duties as assigned


What We're Lookin' For

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Production Planning
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI)
  • Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage executive team stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Rules that Save Lives - Life Saving Rules and the safe behaviors to be adopted in the scope of its activity
  • Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally, good team player within Brewery environment


Key Relationships
  • The Supply Planner operates locally and reports to the Director of Customer Service, Logistics and Planning
  • Internal: Production, Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics (Warehousing and Distribution), Finance and Procurement , Planning Hub
  • External: Material Suppliers and Co-manufacturers
