Join our Revenue Operations team and help shape how we balance customer demand, supply availability, and revenue priorities across the business! As a Supply Demand Analyst, you will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Management, Operations, and Business Unit partners to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will analyze demand and supply signals, identify risks and opportunities, support planning decisions, and drive continuous improvements through analytics, automation, and AI-supported workflows. Your work will have a meaningful impact on planning accuracy, customer commitments, and business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze demand, backlog, forecasts, supply availability, and customer support signals to identify risks, opportunities, and planning gaps.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, Operations, and Finance partners to align demand and supply assumptions and improve planning accuracy.
  • Evaluate supply constraints, allocation requirements, demand changes, and plan feasibility to support consensus planning and customer commitments.
  • Develop recommendations such as allocation, build-ahead, pull-in, and supply optimization actions to improve execution and revenue outcomes.
  • Utilize RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted analytics tools to perform scenario analysis, reporting, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical function.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence, planning, or reporting tools.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar planning and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain planning environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes involving Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations partners.
  • Passion for learning, building, and improving AI-supported workflows that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience using AI-assisted analysis and decision-support tools to enhance planning effectiveness and business impact.
