Job description

1. Coordinate and lead the Users side of IS transformation projects (ERP and its ecosystem such as DDMRP software): lead the Users for the migration.

2. Implement and maintain an efficient Key Users network, with the following missions: provide support to End Users - benchmark and implement best practices - ensure continuous improvement for Tools and associated Methods - coordinate with IS and IT for incidents and evolution requests.

3. Lead various Supply Chain and Operations Projects.

4. Provide methodology and expertise to Business Teams for Supply Chain and Operations Continuous Improvement and Process Maturity.

Candidate skills & requirements

Detailed knowledge of Business execution processes: planning, procurement, sales.

Mastering complex tools and processes with in-depth understanding of Planning Models (MPR2 mandatory, DDMRP is a plus) and associated tools (ERP, other business execution software)

Data oriented with analytic approach.

Ability to animate a network of people, lead change into the organization, and communicate with Management.
