  • Coordinate and manage translation of learning and support content to meet the needs of global internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and translation resources to ensure learning materials are accurate, consistent, and culturally appropriate across languages.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge resources and support materials to improve the overall learner and user experience.
  • Use, maintain and create standard work documents.
  • Provide user support for supply chain systems, including ETQ Reliance, Oracle iSupplier, Rapid Ratings, and OBI dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot system and process-related questions and help users understand available tools, features, and best practices.
  • Run and analyze system and usage reports to monitor learner adoption, support operational needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports from supply chain systems and dashboards to support business decisions, user enablement, and operational visibility.
  • Use reporting insights and learner feedback to continuously improve training content, support resources, and user experience.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, enhancements, and enablement initiatives across supply chain functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning content, simplify support approaches, and increase overall effectiveness.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, training content development, learning technologies, business systems, or a related field.
  • Experience developing digital learning content using Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
  • Experience delivering virtual training sessions and creating learner-centered support materials.
  • Experience coordinating translated content or supporting multilingual learning needs is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems, supply chain systems, or operational processes is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and customer-focused service skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
