Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of trade compliance and traceability activities supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enforcement actions, customer import detentions, and supplier documentation requirements. The role manages high-volume, deadline-driven operational work across CBP responses, supplier and toll-manufacturing traceability, import documentation review, and customer-facing detention support. This position is critical to maintaining compliant import and export operations while minimizing regulatory, operational, and customer risk.
Essential Functions- Prepare and submit CBP traceability and enforcement response packages, including responses to audits, detentions, and formal trace requests
- Coordinate CBP traceability requests and responses with external legal counsel, ensuring alignment on documentation, timing, and regulatory positioning
- Manage day-to-day traceability inquiries and documentation requests from internal stakeholders, CBP, brokers, and customers
- Manage intake, organization, and control of silicon supplier shipment documentation, ensuring traceability readiness
- Perform document quality reviews and coordinate corrections with suppliers to resolve gaps, discrepancies, or enforcement risk
- Execute traceability requirements for toll manufacturing partners, including multi-party documentation and shipment-level validation
- Prepare and submit duty drawback claims in coordination with internal teams and external partnersExecute traceability requirements for toll manufacturing partners, including multi-party documentation and shipment-level validation
- Prepare customer attestation letters and supporting materials for import detentions, coordinating closely with commercial customer service teams

- Support cross-training and provide backup coverage to ensure continuity of trade compliance and traceability operations

The range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, variable bonus, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
