Supply Chain, Senior Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations while navigating today's complex global trade environment. This role requires a systems-thinking approach to manage interconnected supply networks, mitigate risks, and ensure material availability despite ongoing economic volatility and geopolitical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Supply Chain Design. Apply systems thinking to analyze and optimize the entire supply chain network, identifying interdependencies between suppliers, manufacturing operations, logistics, and customer demand to create resilient and efficient material flows.
• Manufacturing Operations Integration. Collaborate closely with production teams to align supply planning with manufacturing capacity, lead times, and quality requirements, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Global Trade Management. Navigate complex international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements while managing supplier relationships across multiple countries, optimizing sourcing strategies to balance cost, quality, and delivery reliability.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation. Develop comprehensive risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities including supplier financial stability, geopolitical disruptions, natural disasters, and market volatility through diversification strategies and contingency planning.
• Material Availability Assurance. Implement demand forecasting and inventory optimization strategies to maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs, utilizing advanced analytics to predict material needs and prevent stockouts during supply disruptions.
• Economic Resilience Planning. Monitor macroeconomic indicators, currency fluctuations, and inflationary pressures to adjust sourcing strategies, negotiate flexible

contracts, and implement cost management initiatives that maintain competitiveness during economic uncertainty.
• Supplier Relationship Management. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations, financial health assessments, and capability reviews to ensure long-term supply security and collaborative problem-solving.
• Cross-Functional Leadership. Lead cross-departmental initiatives involving procurement, logistics, quality, finance, and operations teams to drive supply chain improvements, cost reductions, and service level enhancements through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience with demonstrated expertise in manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain planning software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and global logistics
• Proven track record in risk management and crisis response within supply chain operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
