Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst/All Source Analyst to join our team in
Springfield, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate and interpret information concerning intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats against supply chain, to include programs, technology and information systems and/or facilities.
- Analyze worldwide threats/countries/issues affecting supply chain risk equities.
- Engage with the SCRM Program Management Office to coordinate efforts on areas of mutual concern.
- Conduct Software Whitelist Assurance Process analysis. Review software and conduct threat assessments of commercial enterprises and certain officers prior to integration to identify foreign ownership, control and influence.
- Conduct Company Threat Assessments. Identify commercial connections to foreign threats to all missions and systems.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years relevant experience with Debriefings, Open-Source Exploitation, Digital Media Exploitation, Collection Requirements.
- 5+ years experience with Intelligence Analysis and Production: Creating Analytical products, Intelligence Information Reports, Source-Directed Requirements, Threat Briefings, Request for Information Responses.
- 5+ years' experience in analyzing economic, environmental, and political organizational strategies, investments, and structures.
- Experience with intelligence tools such as DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST and/or similar
- Demonstrated experience and ability to navigate and assimilate data across OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases to present a cogent intelligence picture.
- Experience developing clear, complex analytical products tailored to specific customer audiences with minimal supervision.
Desired Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience preferred (a degree in a relevant field may be counted 4 years' experience).
- Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, or IC-billets.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal CI elements.
- Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC, or equivalent training
- Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent training
- Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent training
Clearance Requirements:- Must have an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with team members.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
