Your Impact
You will be the Supply Chain - Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Senior for the Regulatory Compliance team which is responsible for interpreting federal, state, and international regulations and ensuring all supply-chain activities remain compliant.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Chain - Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Senior you will be responsible for interpreting regulations, investigating compliance issues, implementing policies, and building awareness programs across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Interpret federal, state, and international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and supply-chain practices.
• Investigate and resolve compliance questions, complaints, or findings from internal units, customers, or government agencies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
• Create and deliver training, tools, and resources that increase employee awareness of compliance requirements.
• Audit and evaluate existing policies, procedures, and documentation to verify alignment with applicable statutes and regulations.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
• Experience in Project Management, Buying, Supply Chain, and/or Compliance
Desired skills
• Advanced Degree (Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline)
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Knowledge of LM Aero GSC Command Media (LMAP/AeroCodes)
• Strong organization & presentation skills
• Strong/Confident/skilled communicator (written & verbal)
• Experience with metrics and data analytics
• Experience with SharePoint and other IT applications
• Ability to manage multiple assignments & quickly learn/adapt
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities / requests and delivering most optimal result
• Experience in SAP
• Experience with Commercial Item Determination
• Experience building relationships with peers and other subject matter experts throughout the company
• Experience in supporting audits performed by various audit agencies (DCAA, DCMA, National Quality Assurance, FAA) and internal audit functions
• Experience in training supply chain professionals with varying levels of knowledge and skills.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
