Full Job Description

The Supply Chain Process Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the Supply Review process as a critical component of the organization’s S&OP/IBP operating model. This role will drive the execution of the structure, governance, analytics, and standards required to ensure Supply Review is a consistent, proactive, and decision-oriented process. The position brings together supply planning, demand, operations, procurement, manufacturing, commercial, and finance stakeholders to identify supply risks, constraints, opportunities, and trade-offs and drive alignment on actions and decisions.

This IBP/Supply Review role is essential for driving continuous improvement within Supply Review and for strengthening cross-functional processes and communication across our teams. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness, consistency, and progress of Supply Review initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a process owner and subject matter expert for Supply Review and how it fits within the S&OP/IBP framework
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Supply Review process within the S&OP/IBP framework, while establishing a consistent, structured, and globally aligned approach to Supply Review
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation and facilitation of Supply Review meetings, ensuring discussions are focused on exceptions, risks, constraints, scenarios, and decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on action items and priorities while establishing clear ownership, timing, and accountability for actions resulting from Supply Review.
  • Track open actions and decisions to ensure issues are resolved or appropriately escalated.
  • Develop and maintain Supply Review performance metrics and maturity measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Supply Review process and other operating processes to improve effectiveness

Additional Contributions:

- Help drive other continuous improvement initiatives within global planning outside of IBP and Supply Review, contributing to improved Supply Review outcomes and a more streamlined approach. (i.e. S&OE, NPI visibility)

Required skills to have for the success of this role
•    BS / BA with a concentration in Supply Chain, Operations Management or related degree required.
•    Solid organizational business acumen with experience in an S&OP environment

•    Effective cross-functional communication
•    Knowledge of Supply Planning, Operations, IBP/S&OP systems,
•    10+ years of experience in supply chain
•    Willing to travel up to 15%
