Role: Supply Chain Process Engineer

Duration: Long Term

Location: Nashville, TN- Onsite

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with strong supply chain management expertise to analyse, optimize and standardize end-to-end operational processes. The candidate should have practical experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and service levels.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes across forecasting, planning, replenishment, inventory, warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current-state and future-state processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, waste, delays, control weaknesses and automation opportunities.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service level, cycle time and fulfilment accuracy.
  • Develop process maps, value-stream maps, SOPs, control plans and governance frameworks.
  • Translate operational requirements into clear business and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, business, technology and vendor teams to implement improvements.
  • Support solution design, testing, pilot execution, training, change management and post-implementation reviews.
  • Quantify the operational and financial benefits of proposed process improvements.
  • Provide regular progress updates, risks, findings and recommendations to business leadership.


Required Skills and Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in process engineering, business process improvement or supply chain transformation.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, warehousing and fulfilment.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value-stream mapping and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS or supply chain planning applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Visio and process-modelling tools.
  • Ability to analyse operational data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with business and operational teams in Nashville.
